How it works

Built first. Paid for second.

The whole model, stated plainly. If any part of this is unclear, it is our fault, and you should ask.

The process

Five steps, in order

  1. 01

    We research your business first

Before we speak about building anything, we look at where you actually stand.

    • Your Google Business Profile: categories, service areas, hours, photos, what is missing and what is wrong.
    • Your reviews: how many, how recent, average rating, how many have a reply.
    • Your current visibility: where you rank on the map across your service area, not from one point.
    • Who is beating you in your suburbs, and on what.
  2. 02

We build the website at no cost

We build first, before any payment, and before you have committed to anything.

    • You pay nothing at this stage. There is no deposit and no build fee.
    • We build a real site with your trade, your service areas and your reviews — not a template preview.
    • If you never proceed, you owe nothing and we take the build down.
  3. 03

    You review it live

You see the finished site on a staging address, on your phone, before you decide.

    • You tell us what to change. We change it.
    • If it is not right, it does not go live and you have lost nothing but the time it took to look.
  4. 04

It moves to your domain and the monthly service starts

Only when you say yes does anything become payable.

    • The site moves to your own domain — registered in your name, owned by you.
    • The first invoice is issued once the site is live and you have signed off on it.
    • Ongoing work begins the same week.
  5. 05

    The monthly service runs

The visibility work runs every month, with the website you own doing the selling.

    • Google Business Profile management: posts, photos, categories, services, Q&A, and fixing what Google changes without asking.
    • Review generation: an SMS request after every job, and we manage the replies.
    • Rank tracking: a geo-grid across your service area, re-measured on the same points each month.
    • A monthly report showing what moved, what did not, and what we are doing about it.

Ownership and exit

What is yours stays yours

You own your domain from day one
The domain is registered in your business name, with your details as the registrant. Not ours, not held on your behalf. If you walk away, you keep it, and you can point it wherever you like the same day.
We are a manager on your Google profile, not the owner
You stay the primary owner of your Google Business Profile. We are added as a manager, which lets us do the work and lets you remove us with two taps, without asking us and without waiting on a transfer request. Any agency that takes ownership of your profile is holding your most valuable asset.
No lock-in contract
Month to month. Cancel with notice at any time, for any reason, without a penalty or an exit fee.
What actually happens if you cancel
The website comes down, because it runs on our hosting and the monthly service pays for it. Nothing else changes and nothing is held hostage: you keep the domain, you keep your Google Business Profile, you keep every review we generated, and you keep your content. If you want to keep the site itself, there is a one-off buyout — we hand over the code and the assets and you self-host it, or your next provider does.

The guarantee

30 days. Not happy, and you get your money back. No reason required.

Pay for the first month and if you are not happy with what you have got inside 30 days, tell us and we refund every dollar you have paid us. You do not have to justify it, argue it, or point to a metric. You just have to say so.

  • Applies to the first 30 days from your first invoice.
  • Full refund of what you have paid us — not a credit, not a partial.
  • No reason needed and no exit fee.
  • You keep your domain, your Google Business Profile and every review generated.
Read it in the terms, clause 5

Territory

One business per trade, per service area

We work with one business per trade in a given service area. If we take on an electrician covering the inner west, we will not take a second electrician covering the inner west.

The reason is simple arithmetic. Local search results are a ranked list. If we ran two competing clients in the same trade and the same suburbs, every position we won for one would be taken off the other, and we would be charging both of them for it.

So we are never optimising two competing clients against each other. It also means territories genuinely run out — when a trade and an area are taken, they are taken until that client leaves.

A plumber and an electrician in the same suburbs is not a conflict. Two plumbers in the same suburbs is.
