Review generation and management

Review count and recency are two of the strongest signals in local ranking. A business with a steady stream of recent reviews will usually sit above a business with a bigger pile that stopped arriving in March.

Here is the uncomfortable part: you do great work and you ask for a review roughly never. Not because you are lazy — because you are on the tools and by the time you remember, the job is three days cold.

So we take the asking away from you entirely. Job finished, text sent, review lands. Every single time, without you thinking about it once.

What you get

What you actually get, in plain English

  • A review request sent by SMS after every completed job, with your name on it and a direct link to your Google profile.
  • Follow-up text sent once if there is no response, then it stops. We do not nag your customers.
  • Optional NFC tags for the van or your phone, so a customer can tap and land on the review page in front of you.
  • Optional QR cards to leave with the invoice for the face-to-face ask.
  • Every new review replied to within a business day, written in your voice, and sent to you first if it needs your input.
  • Negative reviews flagged to you immediately with a drafted response, so you reply calmly rather than at 9pm from the ute.
  • Reviews displayed on your website, with you choosing which ones appear there.

First 30 days

Exactly what happens in your first thirty days

  1. Week 1: we connect the review requests to how you already finish jobs — your invoicing system, your job management app, or a simple form you fill in on your phone.
  2. Week 1: we write the message text and you approve the wording before a single text goes out.
  3. Week 2: requests start going out on completed jobs, and we watch the first responses to tune the timing.
  4. Week 2–3: NFC tags and QR cards posted out if you want them.
  5. Week 4: replies to all existing unanswered reviews on your profile, oldest to newest.

Ongoing

Then what happens every single month after that

  • Requests continue automatically on every job, with no action from you.
  • All new reviews replied to.
  • Any review you believe is fake or from a non-customer reported to Google and followed up.
  • Monthly report on requests sent, reviews received, and your review recency compared with the competitors ranking near you.
  • Which reviews appear on your website updated whenever you want them changed.

Your part

What we need from you (almost nothing)

Short list, deliberately. You are on the tools, not in meetings.

  • Mark a job as finished the way you already do. If you use an invoicing or job app, we hook into it and you do nothing at all.
  • Approve the wording of the message once, at the start.
  • Tell us if a customer should not be contacted — for example a job that went badly and you have already handled it directly.

We never filter or gate reviews

Some agencies run what is politely called review gating: the customer is asked how the job went first, and only the happy ones are sent to Google while the unhappy ones are quietly diverted into a private feedback form. It inflates the star rating and it is a breach of Google's policies, which can get a profile's reviews wiped or the listing suspended.

We do not do it. Every customer gets the same request with the same link, regardless of how the job went. If the work is good, the average takes care of itself, and the occasional three-star review with a calm reply from you reads as more credible than an unbroken wall of five stars.

You do keep full control over which reviews are displayed on your own website. That is your marketing material and it is your choice. What you do not get — from us or from anyone doing this properly — is control over who is asked in the first place.

The guarantee

30 days. Not happy, and you get your money back. No reason required.

Pay for the first month and if you are not happy with what you have got inside 30 days, tell us and we refund every dollar you have paid us. You do not have to justify it, argue it, or point to a metric. You just have to say so.

  • Applies to the first 30 days from your first invoice.
  • Full refund of what you have paid us — not a credit, not a partial.
  • No reason needed and no exit fee.
  • You keep your domain, your Google Business Profile and every review generated.
